Welcome to the Handyman Dad blog. Here is where I'll chronicle my various home improvement projects.
A little bit about me. My wife and I live in a two bedroom town home with our two kids and our corgi. As you can imagine, having only two bedrooms and having two kids, things can be a bit cramped... and, as many with kids know, keeping everything in your home clean and updated can be difficult. We are slowly prepping to get our home ready to sell. You know what that means... lots of work to be done.
I enjoy working on various types of projects. Many times just to see if I can do it. Other times, it is because I enjoy working with my hands and the feeling of accomplishment after a project is completed.
I'll be posting some of my recently completed projects in the very near future, including my flooring upgrade, kitchen cabinet refacing and bathroom updates.
